摘  要:钢轨电位限制装置是城市轨道交通供电系统保护设备中重要组成部分。分析了城市轨道交通钢轨电位限制保护的基本原理,并针对其关键部件设计了一种新型的城市轨道交通钢轨电位限制器,通过短路电流计算分析为钢轨电位限制器中双向晶闸管组件的选型设计提供了依据,确定了适合的晶闸管参数配置,同时设计了一种基于高压触发二极管的电压可控电路,用于实现钢轨电位限制器的动作电压整定。试验结果表明,该新型钢轨电位限制器动作可靠,工作稳定,满足性能要求,同时适用于不同地铁线路的灵活整定要求。The OVPD device is an important component of the protective equipment in the power supply system of urban rail transit.Basic principle of rail potential limiting protection for urban rail transit was analyzed,and a new type of rail potential limiter for urban rail transit was designed,which provided the basis for the selection of the thyristor of the rail potential limiter through the calculation of short-circuit current,and determined the appropriate thyristor parameters.Meanwhile,a voltage controlled circuit based on high-voltage trigger diode was designed which was used to adjust the.operation voltage of the rail potential limiter.The test results showed that the new type rail potential limiter was reliable and stable,which could meet the requirement of performance.It was also suitable for flexible setting of different metro lines.
