摘  要:为研究油浸式变压器中油浸普通牛皮绝缘纸和油浸热稳定绝缘纸的时域介电特性,文中在实验室开展了不同温度下的油纸样品加速热老化试验。通过极化去极化电流法(PDC)获得PDC曲线,根据曲线分析不同类型油纸绝缘在老化过程中的极化特性差异,从PDC曲线中提取电导率并拟合得曲线,探寻能够表征不同类型油纸绝缘老化程度的特征量。结果表明:普通牛皮绝缘纸试样的老化速度快于热稳定绝缘纸,且在老化后期,后者聚合度下降速率变缓更明显;PDC曲线对绝缘材料的变化十分敏感,对于老化时间相同的两种材料,热稳定绝缘纸的极化去极化电流小于普通绝缘纸,且在较高温度时区别更为明显;由电导率拟合曲线得出,老化程度与电导率关系密切,可作为衡量不同油纸绝缘的老化状态的特征量。In order to study the time domain dielectric property of common Kraft paper and thermally-stabilized paper in oil-immersed transformer,the accelerated aging experiment at different temperature was carried out in laboratory.we acquired the PDC curves by polarization/depolarization current method and analyzed the differences in the PDC characteristic of oil-paper insulation samples in accelerated aging experiment at different temperature,then extracted the conductivity from PDC curve to fit curve,and explored characteristics to characterize the insulation aging degree of different types of the paper.The results show that the insulation aging rate of common Kraft paper is faster than thermally-stabilized paper,especially in the later phase of aging,the latter’s descent speed of the degree of polymerization is more obvious;PDC curve is very sensitive to the change of the insulation material.For two kinds of materials with the same aging time,polarization/depolarization current of thermally-stabilized paper are smaller than common Kraft paper’s,and the difference is more obvious with the increase of temperature.From the fitted curve of conductivity,we can see that there is a close correlation between aging state and conductivity,so the conductivity can be the characteristic to measure the aging degree of different oil-paper insulation.
