摘  要:油纸绝缘是以变压器为代表的重要电力一次设备的典型绝缘结构,对油纸绝缘结构的绝缘状态进行准确的评估对于确保电网系统安全稳定运行具有重要意义。文中在理论分析和数据实测的基础上,首次提出了利用介电模量这一参量的频域特性来对介质的绝缘状态进行评估的方法。首先,基于经典电介质物理理论分析了介电模量的内涵;其次,通过与传统的频域介电谱相比较,分析了介电模量的频谱在表征电介质弛豫现象的典型特点;为进一步说明介电模量的频谱特性,文中以油纸绝缘的常见缺陷——受潮为例,得到了介电模量频谱特征参量与油纸绝缘含水量定量关系,从而显示介电模量谱在现场绝缘评估中的优势。通过文中的研究表明,介电模量谱作为绝缘结构状态评估的有效手段,具有进一步深入研究的理论和试验价值。Oil-paper insulation is a typical insulation structure which has been widely used in important power equip- ment such as transform,accurate assessment on the insulating condition of oil-paper insulating plays an important role in guaranteeing power system's safety and stability.Based on theoretical analysis and experiment,a new kind of parameter---dielectric modulus is introduced to evaluate oil-paper system's insulating condition in this thesis.First- ly,the dielectric modulus spectrum of oil-immersed paper samples under different moisture is obtained.Compared with conventional parameter dielectric constant,dielectric modulus shows its unique features in characterizing di- electric sample's internal insulation defect,an observable relaxation peak appears in low-frequency area of dielec- tric modulus spectrum.Quantitative relation between oil-paper samples'moisture content and characteristic frequen- cies of relaxation peaks is concluded as well.Through the work in this thesis,dielectric modulus can be treated as a useful tool and a new method to analyze oil-paper insulation system's moisture content.
