摘  要:本文采用尿氚直接测量法加双标记监测核动力装置工作人员尿氚,通过尿样双标记配比实验确定尿样测量的最佳配比为10∶2,同时通过采用无氚尿样加标准浓度氚水的方法验证了双标记法的准确度和精度,最后用该方法监测了核动力装置中不同场所、不同年龄段以及不同累积工作时间人员尿氚的情况。测量结果反映了核动力装置工作人员所受氚内照射剂量情况,为如何采取氚内照防护提供基础。This article uses urine tritium direct measurement plus dual markers to monitor the urine of nuclear power plant workers.The optimal ratio of urine sample measurement is 10:2 through the urine double labeling ratio experiment.At the same time,the accuracy and precision of the double labeling method were verified by adding a standard concentration of water in a non-tanned urine sample.Finally, the method is used to monitor the status of urine and phlegm in personnel of different locations,different age groups,and different accumulated working hours in nuclear power plants.The measurement results reflect the radiation dose received by nuclear power plant workers and provide the basis for how to take measures to protect the interior of the facility
