摘  要:在LabVIEW软件开发平台上实现了对高灵敏静电计的自动控制和信息的同步显示,建立了一套具备电流、电荷数据实时采集、存储和分析功能的控制软件。该软件克服了静电计由等待切换至测量状态后一段时间内测量的数据不准确和传统标定实验精度差的问题。开发的控制软件在闪烁薄膜探测器中子、γ灵敏度标定实验中成功应用,为闪烁薄膜探测器的中子/γ灵敏度的标定精度提供了保障。A control software,which can realize the real-time current or charge acquisition,display, storage and analysis,for automatically controlling a high sensitive electrometer and displaying the acquired information,was developed based on the LabVIEW software platform.The software solves the problems that the data measured in a short period is not accurate when the electrometer is changed from the idle state to measurement state and the accuracy of the traditional calibration experiment is poor.The control software developed has been applied in the neutron and gamma sensitivity calibration experiments of scintillating-film detectors successfully.It lays an important technical foundation for obtaining high precise results of detectors'neutron/gamma sensitivity.
