摘　　要：目的:通过分析宫外孕与黄体囊肿CT征象的不同及可以鉴别特点,提高二者CT诊断率,为临床医师提供参考。方法:回顾分析本院2013年1月1日至2017年8月18日共计21例患者的CT图像,结合患者超声及腹腔镜术中所见,分析二者CT表现的特征及鉴别要点。结果:二者共同的CT表现为破裂后盆腔积血,以子宫周围及附件区明显,部分积血可至肝、脾周围。但二者CT表现各具特点。结论:CT平扫检查可以较准确的诊断出这两种疾病。Objective: By analyzing the difference and the distinguishing characteristics of the CT image of the ectopic pregnancy and the yellow cyst,the CT diagnosis rate of the two patients can be improved to provide reference for the clinician. Methods: Analyzed retrospectively in our hospital on January 1,2013 to August 18,2017 a total of 21 cases of patients with CT images,the combination of ultrasound and patients with laparoscopic intraoperative can see,the analysis of features of the CT manifestations and identify key points. Results: The two common CT manifestations are the hemorrhage of the pelvic cavity after rupture,which is obvious in the surrounding area of the uterus and the accessory area,and some of the hematocele can reach the liver and spleen. However,the CT features of the two are characteristic. Conclusion: CT scan can be used to diagnose the two diseases of ectopic pregnancy and luteal cyst rupture.
