摘　　要：目的:探讨64排CT下单纯肾囊肿穿刺硬化治疗方法的改进。方法:回顾性分析58例单纯肾囊肿略改进微创穿刺抽液并硬化治疗病例。结果:58例均成功穿刺抽液并硬化治疗,术后随访未见复发及并发症,有效率100%,且手术时间缩短,并发症少,疗效满意。结论:64排CT下单纯肾囊肿经皮穿刺无水酒精硬化治疗,定位准确,囊肿毗邻解剖结构清楚,入路清晰,方便快捷,经济,疗效好,可以作为肾囊肿治疗的主要手段。Objective: to study the 64 row of simple renal cyst puncture under CT hardening treatment improvement. Methods: 58 cases of simple renal cyst were retrospectively analyzed slightly improved minimally invasive puncture pumping liquid and hardening treatment cases. Results: 58 cases were successful puncture pumping liquid and hardening treatment,postoperative follow-up without recurrence and complications,effective rate was 100%,and shorten the operation time,fewer complications,curative effect is satisfied. Conclusion: 64 row of simple renal cyst percutaneous puncture under CT anhydrous ethanol sclerotherapy,accurate positioning and cysts adjacent to the anatomical structure is clear,the road is clear,convenient and quick,economic,good curative effect,can be used as a major means of treatment of renal cyst.
