摘　　要：目的:探讨第-掌骨基底部骨折的X线分型及鉴别诊断。材料与方法:回顾性分析8例经X线检査及诊断且经临床证实的笫一掌骨基底部不同骨折类型的病例。结果:在8例第-掌骨基底部骨折病例中,5例Bennett骨折,2例Rolando骨折和1例Winterstein骨折。结论:Bennett骨折为第一掌骨基底斜行骨折伴有掌骨基底的脱位; Rolando骨折是掌骨基底呈"Y","V"或"T"形的粉碎骨折。二者均属关节內骨折; Winterstein骨折是第-掌骨基底的横行或斜形骨折,为关节外骨折。该型关节外骨折应与关节内的Bennett及Rolando关节内骨折作鉴别诊断。Purpose: To investigate the x-ray types and differential diagnosis. Materials and Methods: The x-findings of 8 thumb metacarpal base fractures were analyzed and classified retrospectively,which were confirmed by X-examined and clinical. Rerults: In 8 cases,5 Bennett fractures,2 Rolandos,and 1 Winterstein. Conclusion: Bennett fracture is afracture-dilocation involving the articular surface of the base of the thumb metacarpal; Rolando fracture is a Y,V or T-shaped fracture of the base of the thumb metacarpal. Both are intraarticular fractures. Winterstein is a extraarticular fracture of the base of the thumb metacarpal,and either transverse or oblique. These extraarticular fractures should be distinguished from the intraarticular Bennett or Rolando fracture.
