摘　　要：介绍了双组分水性聚氨酯涂料在ABS塑胶上的应用,分析了罩光清漆中树脂种类、银粉排列定向助剂、流平助剂以及异氰酸酯固化剂对涂层性能的影响,设计实验进行探讨,确定合适的配方,制备得到性能优良的双组分水性聚氨酯涂料。The application of the two-component waterborne polyurethane coatings for ABS plastics is described.The effects of varnish resin types,the additive for directional alignment of silver powder,leveling agent and isocyanate curing agent on the film properties are analyzed.The experiment design is carried out to determine the appropriate formula.Then,two-component waterborne polyurethane coatings with excellent performance are prepared.
