低T_g高耐擦洗内墙涂料用苯丙乳液的制备及性能研究

摘  要:以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要单体,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)以及环氧树脂(E-44)、有机硅(A-171)等功能单体,采用半连续预乳化聚合工艺,合成了具有成膜温度低、耐擦洗性能较好的内墙涂料用苯丙乳液。同时考察了玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、功能单体的含量以及有机硅的添加量对耐擦洗性能的影响。通过对其配制成内墙涂料进行耐擦洗检测。实验结果表明:在一定范围内玻璃化温度升高,耐擦洗性提高。有机硅单体的加入对耐擦洗性改善明显。有机硅的量增加,耐擦洗次数增加。但有机硅的添加量不宜过多,否则对冻融稳定性影响较大,最好控制添加在0.5%(质量分数)以内,而环氧树脂的最佳添加量为4%(质量分数)。With styrene (St)and butyl acrylate (BA)as main monomers,hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA),methacrylate (MAA)and epoxy resin (E-44),organic silicon (A-171)and other fnnctional monomers are added and the polymerization process of semicontinuous pre-emulsion is adopted to synthesize styrene-acrylate emulsion with low film formation temperature resistance and good scrub resistance for inner walls.The effects of the glass transition temperature (Tg),content of functional monomer and amount of silicone on scrub resistance are also investigated.The results of the scrub resistance test of inner wall coatings prepared with it show:within a certain range of glass transition temperature,scrub resistance increases.The addition of silicone improves the scrub resistance significantly.As the amount of silicone increases,scrub times increase.However,the amount of silicone should not be too much,otherwise the stability of freeze thawing will be greatly affected,the best dosage being less than 0.5%(wt%).The best dosage of epoxy resin is 4%(wt%).
