快速康复外科在前列腺剜除术患者围术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科理念在前列腺剜除术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年5月至2018年5月130例前列腺剜除术患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各65例。对照组给予常规围手术期护理,实验组采取快速康复外科理念进行护理干预。比较两组术后的首次肛门排气、进食流质、下床活动时间及住院时间、术后并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果实验组肛门排气、进食流质、下床活动时间分别为(9.24±3.61)h、(4±2)h、(1.78±0.37)d,均少于对照组的(14.72±4.23)h、(20±5)h、(2.69±0.60)d;住院时间(4.32±1.08)h少于对照组(7.14±1.49)h;术后并发症发生率(14.91%)低于对照组(31.84%);且实验组护理满意度(93.84%)高于对照组(83.07%)。结论在前列腺剜除术患者围术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念能够降低术后出血、腹胀等并发症,缩短患者住院天数,减少治疗费用,提高患者舒适度及满意度。Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing enucleation of the prostate. Methods 130 patients with enucleation of the prostate from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group(n =65) and control group(n =65). The control group was given routine perioperative nursing and the experimental group was treated with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The first anal exhaust, feeding fluid, time of getting out of bed and hospitalization time, the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The time of anal exhaust, feeding fluid and moving out of bed in the experimental group was(9.24±3.61)h,(4±2)h,(1.78±0.37) days, which was lower than that in the control group(14.72±4.23)h,(20±5) h,(2.69±0.60)d, and the hospitalization time was(4.32±1)d. The incidence of postoperative complications(14.91%) was lower than that of the control group(31.84%), and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(93.84%) was higher than that of the control group(83.07%). Conclusion In perioperative nursing care of patients with enucleation of prostate, the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can reduce postoperative bleeding, abdominal distension and other complications, shorten the days of hospitalization, reduce the cost of treatment, and improve the comfort and satisfaction of the patients.
