摘　　要：目的探讨分析高频热疗磁疗治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法我院自2017年6月至2018年6月,泌尿外科中共收治慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者76例,根据其入院时间将其按顺序编号,以单双号差异将其进行分组,包括观察组与对照组,对照组接受常规治疗方式,观察组接受高频热疗磁疗治疗方式,开展为期1年的临床观察,分析两组患者的治疗效果,继而探讨高频热疗磁疗的应用价值。结果观察组综合有效率显著高于对照组,生活质量情况优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论高频热疗磁疗治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎疗效显著,能够有效消除炎症反应,强化吞噬细胞活力,提升免疫力,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of high frequency hyperthermia magnetic therapy for chronic bacterial prostatitis.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,76 patients with chronic bacterial pr.ostatitis were admitted to the Department of.Urology.They were numbered according to their admission time and grouped by single and double numbers.Including the observation group and the control group,the control group received the conventional treatment mode,the observation group received the high-frequency thermotherapy magnetic therapy treatment,carried out a one-year clinical observation,analyzed the treatment effect of the two groups of patients,and then discussed the high-frequency thermotherapy magnetic therapy application value.Results The comprehensive efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The quality of life was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion High-frequency hyperthermia magnetic therapy is effective in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis.It can effectively eliminate the inflammatory reaction,strengthen the phagocytic activity and enhance immunity.
