康复护理在脑性瘫痪患儿中应用对膝反张的影响探究

摘  要:目的探究康复护理在脑性瘫痪患儿中的应用效果以及对膝反张的影响作用。方法采用随机抽样法,在本院2017年1月至2018年1月期间接受的以膝反张为主要临床表现的脑性瘫痪患儿中选出80例患儿开展研究,将这80例脑性瘫痪患儿按照不同的护理方式进行分组,分为对照组、观察组,一组40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予康复护理,对比患儿膝关节改善情况。结果观察组患儿肌力改善情况明显优于对照组,肌张力下降程度同样高于对照组,两组膝反张患儿的治疗效果对比具有明显的统计学差异:P<0.05。结论对脑性瘫痪膝反张患儿给予康复护理,有助于改善患儿病情,提高患儿的治疗效果,应用价值较高,建议推广。Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in children with cerebral palsy and its effect on genu recurvatum.Methods Random sampling method,in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 accepted during the period of genu recurvatum as the main clinical manifestation in children with cerebral palsy, select 80 cases to carry out the study,the 80 cases of children with cerebral palsy according to the different way of nursing group,were divided into control.group and observation group,a group of 40 cases,the control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing,contrast with.the knee joint to improve the situation.Results The muscle strength improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the degree of muscle tone decrease was also higher than that of the control group, the treatment effect of two groups of children with genu recurvatum is statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for children with genu recurvatum is helpful to improve the condition and treatment effect of the children,the application value is high,and it is recommended to popularize.
