群体创伤患者急救中实施全程护理的应用效果

摘　　要：目的总结分析群体创伤患者急救中实施全程护理的应用效果。方法选择2014年6月至2016年11月我院所接诊的120例群体创伤患者为研究对象,分为全程护理组与分工护理组各60例,观察两组抢救成功率、有效抢救时间、护理满意度等指标。结果全程护理组抢救成功率98.33%、护理满意度评分(98.2±1.3)分明显高于分工护理组(P<0.05);全程护理组有效抢救时间(22.5±1.7)min明显短于分工护理组(P<0.05)。结论全程护理在群体创伤患者急救中应用效果显著,可有效提高抢救成功率及护理满意度,缩短有效抢救时间,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of whole course nursing in first aid of group trauma patients.Methods 120 cases of group trauma admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to November 2016 were selected as the subjects.There were 60 cases in the whole process nursing group and the divided nursing group.The success rate,effective rescue time and nursing satisfaction of two groups were observed.Results The rescue success rate was 98.33% and the nursing satisfaction score (98.2±1.3)was significantly higher in the whole course nursing group than in the division nursing group (P<0.05).The effective rescue time (22.5±1.7)min in the whole nursing group was significantly shorter than that in the divided nursing group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-course nursing in group trauma patients'first aid has a remarkable effect,which can effectively improve the success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction,and shorten the effective rescue time.it is worth popularizing.
