探讨综合护理对椎体成形术治疗脊椎转移瘤患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研讨脊椎转移瘤患者在椎体成形术治疗期间开展综合护理对其生活质量的影响。方法选择2016年至2017年在我院行椎体成形术的120例脊椎转移瘤患者作为实验对象,并按随机数表法划分患者至两组,Ⅰ组(n=60)接受常规一般性护理,Ⅱ组(n=60)在上述条件下接受综合护理指导,对比评估两组的干预结果。结果术后,Ⅱ组各项生活质量评估指标(躯体疼痛、社会功能等)均显著优于Ⅰ组,数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脊椎转移瘤患者行椎体成形术期间开展综合护理指导有重要意义,能够明显提高患者的生活质量,值得推荐。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the quality of life of patients with spinal metastases during the treatment of vertebroplasty.Methods A total of 120 patients with spinal metastases who underwent vertebroplasty in our hospital from 2016 to 2017 were enrolled as subjects,and patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table.Group Ⅰ (n=60)received routine generality nursing,group Ⅱ (n=60) underwent comprehensive nursing guidance under the above conditions,and compared the intervention results of the two groups.Results After operation,the quality of life(somatic pain,social function,etc.)of group Ⅱ was significantly better than that of group Ⅰ (P<0.05).Conclusion It is important to carry out comprehensive nursing guidance during vertebroplasty in patients with spinal metastases,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of recommendation.
