基于“当量法”测算公共卫生服务项目补偿或支付标准的研究——以苏州市姑苏区为例

摘　　要：目的明确国家基本公共卫生服务项目成本现状,为相关政府部门制定合理的国家基本公共卫生服务项目经费补助标准提供依据。方法通过问卷调查等方法,收集姑苏区基本公共卫生服务项目承担任务量等情况等,采用当量法测算承担任务量的比例。结果有效获得了苏州市姑苏区的相应数据作为绩效考核的标准。结论若进一步投入人力物力,扩大研究团队,可获得更为准确关键的考核信息和效果。Objective to clarify the cost status of national basic public health service projects and provide basis for relevant government departments to formulate reasonable subsidy standards for national basic public health service projects.Methods by means of questionnaire survey and other methods,the tasks undertaken by basic public health service projects in Gusu district were collected,and the proportion of tasks undertaken by equivalent method was calculated.Results the corresponding data of Suzhou Gusu district were obtained effectively.Conclusion further investment in human and material resources and expansion of research team can obtain more accurate and critical assessment information and effect.
