护理干预在慢性化脓性中耳炎患者中的围手术期护理评价

摘　　要：目的分析和研究护理干预在慢性化脓性中耳炎患者中的围手术期护理评价的效果。方法选2016年8月至2017年7月我院收治的79例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,对照组39例,给予常规护理;观察组40例,给予围手术期护理干预;观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者治愈率明显高于对照组,经术后护理,观察组患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组,数据差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对慢性化脓性中耳炎的患者进行围手术期护理干预比常规护理效果显著,又提高了患者对护理服务的满意度,减少术后并发症,故此,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective to analyze and study the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods a total of 79 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media treated in our hospital from August 2016 to July 2017 were selected as study subjects and randomLy divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group. In the control group, 39 patients were given routine nursing care.40 patients in the observation group were given perioperative nursing intervention. Observing the nursing effect of two groups. Results the cure rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. After postoperative nursing, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion perioperative nursing intervention is more effective than conventional nursing intervention in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media, which improves patients’ satisfaction with nursing services and reduces postoperative complications. Therefore, it is worthy to be widely used in clinic.
