人工全膝关节置换术联合止痛四物汤治疗膝骨性关节炎37例临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究人工全膝关节置换术联合止痛四物汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的膝骨性关节炎患者37例,根据患者接受治疗方式的不同,将患者分成2组,单一组患者18例,其接受人工全膝关节置换术治疗,联合组患者19例,其接受人工全膝关节置换术联合止痛四物汤治疗。结果经过治疗后,联合组患者的肿胀消退时间、住院时间短于单一组,P<0.05;联合组患者的治疗总有效率高于单一组,P<0.05;联合组患者不良反应发生几率为10.53%,明显低于单一组,P<0.05。结论膝骨性关节炎患者接受人工全膝关节置换术联合止痛四物汤治疗,能够促进患者病情的好转,临床效果良好,值得推广应用。Objective to study the clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty combined with analgesic siwu decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 37 cases of knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into 2 groups according to the different treatment methods of patients,and 18 patients in a single group were treated with artificial total knee replacement.Nineteen patients in the combined group were treated with total knee arthroplasty combined with'siwu decoction.Results after treatment,the duration of edema and hospitalization in the combined group was shorter than that in the single group,P<0.05.The total therapeutic efficiency of the combined group was higher than that of the single group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 10.53%,significantly lower than that in the single group,P<0.05.Conclusion the combination of artificial total knee joint replacement and siwu decoction for pain relief can promote the improvement of the patient's condition,and the clinical effect is good.
