摘　　要：目的观察在老年患者行TURP手术中应用不同水平重比重罗哌卡因的麻醉效果。方法选取在我院接受TURP手术治疗的100例老年患者作为研究对象,采用系统抽样法将其分为1组和2组,每组50例。1组给予0.50%重比重罗哌卡因进行麻醉,2组给予0.33%重比重罗哌卡因进行麻醉,对两组患者的麻醉效果进行观察比较。结果观察两组患者的麻醉效果发现,1组的麻醉优良率高于2组,P<0.05,两组间差异显著且具有统计学意义。观察两组患者的不良反应发现,1组的总发生率低于2组,P<0.05,两组间差异显著且具有统计学意义。结论不同水平重比重罗哌卡因对老年患者行TURP手术的麻醉效果不同,研究结果显示0.50%重比重罗哌卡因在老年患者行TURP手术中麻醉效果更优,且不良反应较少,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective to observe the effects of different levels of heavy specific ropivacaine in elderly patients undergoing TURP surgery. Methods a total of 100 elderly patients who received TURP surgery in our hospital were selected as study objects, which were divided into 1 group and 2 groups by systematic sampling, with 50 patients in each group. One group was given 0.50% heavy specific ropivacaine for anesthesia, and the other group was given 0.33% heavy specific ropivacaine for anesthesia, and the anesthetic effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results by observing the anesthetic effect of the two groups, it was found that the excellent and good rate of anesthesia in group 1 was higher than that in group 2, P<0.05 and the difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant. The adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were observed, and the total incidence rate of the first group was lower than that of the second group, P<0.05, and the difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant. Conclusion different levels of heavy weight ropivacaine have different anesthetic effects in elderly patients undergoing TURP surgery. The results showed that 0.50% heavy ropivacaine had better anesthetic effect and less adverse reactions in elderly patients undergoing TURP surgery, which was worthy of clinical application.
