阿奇霉素治疗弥漫性泛细支气管炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析探讨阿奇霉素治疗弥漫性泛细支气管炎(DPB)的临床效果,为后续临床治疗提供参考。方法本研究收集了2015年9月至2016年10月的30例弥漫性泛细支气管炎患者作为观察对象,给予患者以阿奇霉素为主的综合治疗措施,所有患者治疗时间均为6个月,观察患者治疗前后的临床治疗效果。结果所有患者经治疗后,咳嗽、咳痰症状明显改善,咳血、气促、肺部干湿啰音患者明显减少,与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者肺功能相关指标,包括FEV1占预计值的百分比、FVC占预计值的百分比、FEV1/FVC均有明显改善,与治疗前相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素治疗弥漫性泛细支气管炎的临床效果安全显著,具有效果好、不良反应小、依从性稿等有效,是当前临床治疗CPB的首选。Objective to study the clinical effect of azithromycin in the treatment of diffuse pantothenic bronchiolitis(DPB), and to provide reference for subsequent clinical treatment. Methods this study collected 30 patients with diffuse pantothenic bronchiolitis from September 2015 to October 2016, and gave them a comprehensive treatment with azithromycin as the main treatment. All the patients were treated for 6 months, and the clinical treatment effect before and after the treatment was observed. Results after treatment, the symptoms of cough and sputum were significantly improved, and the symptoms of hemoptysis, shortness of breath and lung dry and wet plasm were significantly reduced in all patients, with statistically significant differences compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). The indicators related to lung function of patients, including the percentage of FEV1 in the predicted value, the percentage of FVC in the predicted value, and FEV1/FVC, were significantly improved, and the difference was significant compared with that before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion azithromycin is a safe and effective method for the treatment of diffuse pantothenic bronchiolitis, with good effect, small adverse reactions and compliance scripts. It is the first choice for the current treatment of CPB.
