摘 要:局部工业环境温度高、湿度高、腐蚀介质浓度高,导致工业建筑的耐久性问题更为突出。对典型工业环境下腐蚀介质浓度和环境参数进行了现场调查和测试,分析了酸性腐蚀介质、高温、高湿、冻融循环和疲劳荷载作用下工业建筑混凝土结构耐久性损伤特征和规律。研究结果表明:工业环境酸性腐蚀介质浓度可达一般大气环境的数十倍;典型工业环境下混凝土结构会发生化学腐蚀、冻胀开裂、高温爆裂和疲劳开裂等损伤劣化,造成混凝土结构性能退化,耐久性降低,使用寿命减少。The industrial local environment has high temperature,high humidity and high concentration of corrosive medium,which makes the durability issue of industrial buildings more serious.The corrosion medium eoncentration and environmental parameters of typical industrial environment were investigated and tested on site.The durability damage eharaeteristies and variations of reinforced concrete structures in industrial buildings under aeidie corrosive medium,high temperature,high humidity,freezing-thawing and repeated loading were analyzed.The resuhs showed that the concentration of aeidie eorrosive medium eould reach tens of times of the normal atmospheric environment. The reinforeed concrete structures would undergo chemical corrosion,frost heaving cracking,high temperature bursting and fatigue cracking under the typical industrial environment,which might lead to the deterioration of structural performanee and reduction of service life.
