摘  要:近年来在多个钢铁厂出现直角突变式吊车梁疲劳开裂事故,根据现行GB 50144-2008《工业建筑可靠性鉴定标准》对跨中1-2根梁的疲劳寿命进行评估,但如何快速准确地对跨内所有吊车梁进行群体寿命评估,对于厂房管理者来说是迫切需要解决的问题。根据吊车梁疲劳累积损伤原理,在直角突变式钢吊车梁疲劳破坏机理研究的基础上,提出了一种应用吊车梁实测应力谱数据、日使用频次数据及历史产量数据进行吊车梁群体疲劳寿命估算的评估方法,并采用该方法对某炼钢厂板坯清理跨21根吊车梁群体进行疲劳寿命评估,评估结果与实际情况吻合。该方法实现了钢吊车梁群体疲劳寿命的定量评估,可以为吊车梁的日常维护管理提供依据。In recent years,the fatigue cracking of right-angle mutational steel crane girder has appeared in several steel mills.According to the GB 50144-2008,the fatigue life of one or two girders in a span can be evaluated,but how to evaluate the life of all crane girders within the span quickly and accurately is still an urgent problem for plant managers.Based on the principle of fatigue cumulative damage of crane girder and the study of the mechanism of fatigue failure of right-angle mutational steel crane girder,the paper proposed a method for evaluating the fatigue life of crane girder by using measured stress spectrum data,daily usage frequency data and historical yield data.The estimated method was used to evaluate the fatigue life of a steel workshop slab cleaning across 21crane girders.The evaluation results were consistent with the actual situation.The method realized the quantitative evaluation of group fatigue life of steel crane girders,and could provide a basis for daily maintenance and management of crane girder.
