摘　　要：居家养老是目前国内普遍采用的养老方式,随着"互联网+"与各行业不断融和,以互联网的方式创新居家养老模式来解决养老行业发展中的困境。研究在分析居家养老过程中服务需求的基础上,发现了健康管理,安全照护等居家养老的核心业务,结合信息技术发展,提出了"互联网+"居家养老模式技术架构。同时对现阶段实践过程中存在的问题提出了相应对策,以促进"互联网+"居家养老服务模式的持续健康发展。Home based care for the aged is a common way of aged care at home currently. With the "Internet +" and various industries continue to integrate, innovating home based care for the aged mode through Internet to solve the plight of the development of the pension industry. The study is based on the analysis of service needs in the process of home based care for the aged, founding the core business of home-based care for the aged for health management, safety care, etc. Combined with the development of information technology, the technology framework of "Internet +" home based care for the aged mode is proposed. At the same time, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the problems in the current practice to promote the sustained and healthy development of the "Internet +" home based care for the aged service mode.
