摘  要:目的探讨关节镜微创技术在膝关节骨关节炎治疗中的临床效果。方法我院骨科中共收治有120例膝关节骨关节炎患者,综合其一般资料开展临床研究调查,并以入院时先后顺序将其随机分组,包括对照组(60例)给予常规治疗方式,观察组(60例)给予关节镜微创治疗技术,分析两组患者的临床治疗差异,探究不同治疗方式的实际应用效果及临床应用前景。结果 (1)两组患者临床疗效对比:观察组综合有效率为96.7%,对照组综合有效率为83.3%,组间对比之下,观察组显著高于对照组,P<0.05;(2)两组患者手术指标对比:观察组平均引流量、手术出血量及手术时间均显著低于对照组,P<0.05;(3)两组患者恢复时间对比:观察组平均住院时间及平均下地时间均显著低于对照组,P<0.05;结论关节镜微创技术在膝关节骨关节炎治疗中效果显著,能够有效避免术中损伤,优化手术效果,缩短治疗时间,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopicminimally invasive technique in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods From 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics. The general data were used to conduct clinical research investigations, and they were randomLy grouped in the order of admission, including the control group(60 cases) was given conventional treatment, and the observation group(60 cases) was givenminimally invasive arthroscopic treatment technique. The clinical treatment differences between the two groups were analyzed, and the practical application effects and clinical application prospects of different treatment methods were explored. Results(1) Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: the comprehensive effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%, and the comprehensive effective rate of the control group was 83.3%. Compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, P<0.05;(2) Comparison of surgical indexes between the two groups: the average drainage volume, surgical bleeding volume and operation time of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05;(3) Comparison of recovery time between the two groups: average hospitalization time and average ground time in the observation group They were significantly lower than the control group, P< 0.05. Conclusion Arthroscopicminimally invasive technique is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, which can effectively avoid intraoperative injury, optimize the operation effect, shorten the treatment time, and has high safety. It is worth promoting.
