自制穿刺针带线行腹腔镜手术治疗儿童腹股沟斜疝

摘　　要：目的探讨在腹腔镜监视下使用自制穿刺针带线于腹股沟处进行腹膜外缝合内环口,但于腹腔内打结法治疗儿童腹股沟斜疝的优势。方法选取2016年1月至2016年6月我院在腹腔镜监视下使用自制穿刺针带线于腹股沟处进行腹膜外缝合内环口,于腹腔内打结法治疗儿童腹股沟斜疝44例。结果所有患者手术过程顺利,单侧手术时间为10～25min(平均15min),双侧15～35min(平均22min),未见复发,无线结反应,无切口疝,无鞘膜积液形成等并发症。结论在腹腔镜监视下使用自制穿刺针带线于腹股沟处进行腹膜外缝合内环口,于腹腔内打结法治疗儿童腹股沟斜疝的方法容易做到完整的腹膜外缝合,降低手术难度,缩短手术时间,易于推广,并发症少。Objective To explore the advantage of using self-made puncture needle for treatment of oblique inguinal henia under laparoscopic surveillance. Methods From January 2016 to June2016,44 children with oblique inguinal hernia were treated with self-made puncture needle under laparoscopic surveillance in our hospital. Results All patients were successfully operated, and the time was 10~20 min(Average 15 min) on one side and 10~35 min(Average 22 min) on both sides, no recurrence, no node reaction, no incisional hernia, no complications such as hydrocele. Conclusions Under the laparoscopic surveillance,the self-made puncture needle should be used to suture the inner ring mouth outside the peritoneum and tie the knot inside the abdominal cavity.This method is easy to achive complete suture outside the peritoneum,which reduces the difficulty of surgery,shortens the operation time,and is easy to be popularized with few complications.
