摘　　要：目的探究书写质控留言本在护理书写管理中的应用效果。方法我科在护理三级质量控制的基础上,建立书写质控留言本,全员参与书写质控,加强护理文件书写质量管理。结果护理人员护理文件书写更加规范性和正确性,护理文件书写质量得到了有效持续改进。结论将书写质控留言本应用在护理书写质量管理中能够充分发挥护士的团队协作精神,调动护士参与书写质量管理的主动性和积极性,减少护理文件书写缺陷引起的纠纷,有效提高科室护理文件书写质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of written quality control message book in nursing writing management.Methods Our department is based on nursing level 3 quality control,Create a written quality control message book,All staff participate in writing quality control,Strengthen nursing document writing quality management.Results The writing of nursing documents was more normative and correct and the quality of nursing documents was improved continuously.Conclusion The application of written quality control message book in nursing writing quality management can give full play to the teamwork spirit of nurses,mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of nurses to participate in the writing quality management,reduce disputes caused by the writing defects of nursing documents,effectively improve the quality of nursing documents in the department,and is worthy of promotion.
