探讨如何对钙营养不良影响骨健康发育的患儿进行合理的补钙

摘　　要：目的探究如何对钙营养不良影响骨健康发育的患儿进行合理补钙。方法选取2015年2月至2018年3月本院儿科收治的骨健康发育不良患儿62例,应用国际字母排序法分成两组。31例为对照组,行常规补钙治疗;31例为治疗组,行合理补钙治疗,比较两组患儿的补钙效果。结果治疗后,治疗组的骨质疏松、骨量减少例数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对骨健康发育不良患儿予以合理补钙,可显著改善患儿钙营养不良,促进患儿骨健康发育,值得强力推广。Objective To explore how to make calcium supplementation for children with calcium malnutritionaffecting healthy bone development. Methods Sixty-two children with osteodysplasia admitted to our pediatricdepartment from February 2015 to March 2018 were divided into two groups by international alphabet sorting. Thirty-one cases were treated with routine calcium supplementation as control group and 31 cases were treated with rationalcalcium supplementation as treatment group. The calcium supplementation effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment, the number of osteoporosis and bone loss in the treatment group was significantly lower thanthat in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rational calcium supplementation for children with bone hypoplasiacan significantly improve calcium malnutrition and promote healthy bone development of children, which is worthy ofvigorous promotion.
