优质护理服务对手足外科患者护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务对手足外科患者的护理效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月我院收治的手足外科创伤患者800例,依据双盲法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各400例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在其基础上联合使用优质护理,对比两组护理效果。结果两组护理前SAS、SDS评分对比无显著差异(P> 0.05);观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手足外科患者中使用优质护理服务可以降低患者心理压力,提高患者护理满意度,对于促进患者恢复有重要帮助。Objective To explore the nursing effect of high quality nursing service on patients with surgical foot surgery.Methods A total of 800 patients with hand and foot surgery wounds admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to double-blind method,400 cases each.The control group received routine care,and the observation group used highquality care on the basis of the two groups to compare the effects of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of quality nursing services in patients with hand and foot surgery can reduce the patient's psychological stress and improve patient care satisfaction,which is of great help to promote patient recovery.
