整体护理干预对营养不良患儿营养及家长满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理干预对营养不良患儿营养及家长满意度的影响。方法选取12例营养不良的患儿,开展为期2年的临床护理观察,将其分为观察组、对照组,对照组接受常规护理措施,给予观察组患儿整体护理干预,分析两种护理措施的临床表现效果。结果观察组营养状况改善情况显著优于对照组,各生化指标改善情况显著优于对照组,家长满意度显著高于对照组P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论整体干预措施应用于营养不良患儿的护理过程中效果显著,能够有效明确疾病机理,促进营养均衡,保障微量元素均衡,提升家长满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of overall nursing intervention on nutrition and parental satisfaction of malnourished children.Methods Twelve cases of malnourished children were selected for 2 years of clinical nursing observation.They were divided into observation and control groups.The control group received routine nursing measures,and the overall nursing intervention was given to the observation group.The clinical manifestations of the measures.Results The improvement of nutritional status in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.The improvement of biochemical indicators was significantly better than that of the control group. Parental satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The overall intervention measures are effective in the nursing process of malnourished children.It can effectively define the disease mechanism,promote nutritional balance,ensure the balance of trace elements,and improve parental satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
