实施人性化管理对产房护理质量提高的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在产房中开展人性化护理管理对提高护理质量的影响。方法随着优质护理不断深入,产房开展一系列人性化护理管理,将2014年至今落实人性化管理前后设为对照组与观察组,期间护理工作人员无职位变动。比较干预前后护理质量评价、医生满意度以及产妇满意度差异并归纳人性化管理对提升产房护理质量的应用意义。结果观察组护士护理质量评价包括服务意识、安全问题敏感度及差错防范意识等指标显著高于对照组且有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医生满意度评价显著优于对照组且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产妇对观察组满意度评价显著优于对照组且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科产房中展开人性化管理模式对于提高护士的服务意识、医生以及产妇满意度等均有积极影响,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the influence of humanistic nursing management on improving the quality of nursing in delivery room. Methods The obstetrics and delivery room of our hospital began to implement humanized management in June 2016. The control group and the observation group were set up before and after the implementation of humanized management. During this period, the nursing staff had no job change. The differences of nursing quality evaluation, doctor satisfaction and maternal satisfaction before and after intervention were compared and the application significance of humanized management in improving nursing quality in delivery room was summarized. Results The nursing quality evaluation of nurses in the observation group including service awareness, safety problem sensitivity and error prevention awareness were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the satisfaction evaluation of doctors in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Maternal satisfaction with the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized management in obstetric delivery room has a positive effect on improving nurses’ service consciousness, doctors’ and maternal satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
