碳酸氢钠液漱口应用于血液病患者口腔溃疡的预防

摘　　要：目的探究碳酸氢钠液漱口应用于血液病患者口腔溃疡的预防效果。方法以本科收治的68例血液病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=34)予以生理盐水含漱,3次/d。研究组(n=34)予以生理盐水200mL+5%碳酸氢钠液40mL含漱,3次/d。对比两组患者的口腔溃疡发生率及口腔溃疡严重程度。结果研究组的口腔溃疡发生率(8.82%)明显低于对照组(41.18%)(P<0.05);口腔溃疡程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的生活质量评分(98.23±5.37)显著高于对照组(91.25±4.28)(P<0.05)。结论对血液病患者采取碳酸氢钠液漱口进行治疗,可有效降低口腔溃疡发生率,减轻口腔溃疡严重程度,提高生活质量,临床效果明显,可应用于口腔溃疡的预防工作中。Objective To explore the preventive effect of sodium bicarbonate gargle on oral ulcer in patients with hematological diseases.Methods Sixty-eight patients with hematological diseases were selected and randomLy divided into two groups.The control group (n=34)was gargled with normal saline,and the study group (n=34)was gargled with normal saline 200mL +5%sodium bicarbonate 40mL three times a day.The incidence of oral ulcers and the severity of oral ulcer in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of oral ulcer in the study group (8.82%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (41.18%)(P<0.05);The degree of oral ulcer was significantly lighter than that in the control group (P<0.05);The quality of life score in thestudy group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium bicarbonate gargle can effectively reduce the incidence of oral ulcer,slow down the severity of mild oral ulcer and improve the quality of life in patients with hematological diseases. It has obvious clinical effect and can be used in the prevention of oral ulcer.
