摘 要:目的以多成分含量为指标,优选半枝莲最佳产地加工工艺。方法采用不同干燥方式、干燥温度及切制长度对新鲜半枝莲进行加工处理,并以总黄酮、野黄芩苷、野黄芩素、木犀草素、芹菜素等多成分的含量,浸出物含量为指标,综合评价不同加工方法并优选最佳产地加工工艺。结果采用晒干工艺时,总黄酮、野黄芩苷、浸出物含量均较高,其中以整枝晒干工艺较优。结论不同加工方式的半枝莲质量差异明显,其中以传统加工方式的半枝莲中各指标含量最高。Objective To optimize the best processing method of Scutellaria barbata D. Don with multi-component content as the index. Methods Processed the fresh Scutellaria barbata D. Don by the different drying methods,drying temperature and cutting length. Took the content of total flavonoids,scutellarin,scutellarein,luteolin,apigenin,water soluble extract and alcohol soluble extract of Scutellaria barbata D. Don as the evaluation index. Comprehensive evaluation of different processing methods and to optimized the best production technology. Results The dry process,total flavone,scutellarin,extract content were higher,the optimal process of dry pruning. Conclusion Scutellaria barbata D. Don in different processing methods significant differences in quality and the traditional processing method of optimal.
