阑尾周围脓肿的中医辨证分型及治疗探讨

摘　　要：阑尾周围脓肿是在阑尾周围形成的脓肿或者炎性包块,目前该病的主要治疗手段是手术,但是手术存在一定的风险以及手术后并发症。中医及中药治疗此病有很大的优势,风险小,并发症少,因此可作为一个新的突破点来治疗阑尾周围脓肿。文章论述了阑尾周围脓肿的病因病机,辨证分型和方药治疗,并于每个证型后附案例以示说明。Peri appendicular abscess means the abscess or inflammatory mass around the appendix. Currently the main treatment method of this condition is operation,but it’s not an ideal treatment as the hazards and complications caused by the operation,the advantage of TCM treatment in this disorder is obvious,it’s effective,low risk and without complications,it’s an ideal option for this disorder. In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis and differentiation,treatment principles and prescription for each pattern are discussed,typical case of each pattern are demonstrated.
