心复康丸干预心肌梗死后心力衰竭伴低钙血症的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察心复康丸治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭伴低钙血症患者的临床疗效。方法 88例心肌梗死后心力衰竭低钙血症患者随机分为两组。对照组44例予单纯西医常规治疗,治疗组44例在西医常规治疗基础上加用心复康丸,8周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后血清内钙含量、超声心动图参数、中医症状及明尼苏达心衰生活质量调查表的变化情况,以评价心复康丸治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭低钙血症的临床疗效。结果心复康丸治疗组能够提高患者血清钙含量并使其保持稳定浓度,与对照组比较,两组之间具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);心复康丸在改善患者血流动力学参数方面优于对照组,两组之间具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。心复康丸治疗组在改善心功能方面优于对照组,两组之间具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);心复康丸治疗组在改善心功能方面优于对照组,两组之间具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);心复康丸治疗组在治疗疗效方面优于对照组,两组之间具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。心复康丸治疗组在改善症状、提高生活质量方面优于对照组,两组之间具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论临床研究表明:心肌梗死后心力衰竭低钙血症患者服用心复康丸能升高血钙含量,使其保持稳定浓度,能提高患者的心输出量、射血分数、改善心脏的收缩舒张功能,能抑制充血性心力衰竭的发展与恶化,且改善患者的症状,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinfukang pills in the treatment of heart failure after myocardial infarc- tion with hypocalcemia.Methods 88patients heart failure after myocardial infarction with hypocalcemia were randomly divided into two groups.44cases were treated with conventional western medicine alone.Forty -four patients in the treatment group were treated with Xinfukang pills on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine.To observe the changes of serum calcium content,echocardiographic parameters,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the quality of life of Minnesota heart failure before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Xinfukang pills on heart failure after myocardial infarction with hypocalcemia.Results Xinfukang pills treatment group can improve the serum calcium content and keep it stable concentration, compared with the control group,the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05);Xinfukang pills in improving the patient hemodynamics (P <0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the cardiac function between the two groups (P <0.05).The heart failure rate of the patients was better than that of the control group (P <0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in the treat- ment group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms and improving the quality of life.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Clinical study shows Xinfukang pills can increase the serum calcium content and keep it stable concentration,can improve the patient's cardiac output,ejection fraction,improve the heart systolic diastolic function, can inhibit the development and deterioration of congestive heart failure,and improve the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life.
