摘　　要：枸杞是我国传统名贵中药,枸杞子性平味甘,药用成分多样,具有滋补肝肾、益精明目、延缓衰老等众多功效。多年来,中外科学家对枸杞的药理作用进行了广泛研究,主要以细胞或模式动物为研究对象,分析了以枸杞多糖为主的枸杞提取物在正常生理条件或各种疾病模型中的生物学效应。越来越多的细胞、整体动物以及分子水平的研究证实枸杞多糖在抗氧化抗衰老、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、降血糖血脂、保肝明目、健脑护心等多方面具有重要作用。虽然枸杞在动物模型或临床研究中具有治疗或保健作用,但是其具体作用的有效成分和分子机制还不清楚,有待进一步深入研究。Lycium barbarum berries is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,its fruit is natured and sweet,with a variety of medicinal composition,benefiting for nourishing liver and kidney,improving eyesight,delaying aging and so on. For many years,Chinese and foreign scientists have carried out extensive research on the biological function of Lycium barbarum berries,mainly analyzing the effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide in normal physiological conditions or disease models. In this review,the functions of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide on antioxidant,anti-aging,immunomodulatory,antitumor,depressing blood-glucose and blood-lipid,protecting liver,eyes,brain and heart were summarized on cell,animal and molecular level,respectively. Although more and more data confirms that Lycium barbarum polysaccharide has the function of treatment or health care in the animal model or clinical research,its active ingredients and molecular mechanism is not clear,which needs further study.
