庞庄水库运行管理存在问题及对策

摘　　要：庞庄水库除险加固后已运行十年,目前存在防洪兴利能力不足、水雨情预报能力弱、管理手段落后等问题。文中针对这些问题提出应采取安装橡胶坝、设立水文站、增设溢流坝、治理河道等工程措施与实现现代化监测管理手段的对策,真正发挥水库防洪兴利的功效,实现控制区域目标效益。The Pangzhuang Reservoir has been operated for ten years after the reinforcement of the danger.At present,there are problems such as insufficient flood control and profitability,weak forecasting ability of water and rain, and backward management methods.This paper proposes to take measures to install rubber dams,set up hydrological stations,add overflow dams,treat river courses,and implement modern monitoring and management measures to effectively play the roles of reservoir flood control and profitability,and achieve the goal of controlling regional benefits.
