摘  要:针对神东矿区布尔台煤矿首个综采放顶煤工作面回采过程中频繁出现的端面漏冒及片帮问题,采用现场实测、数值模拟等方法研究42103综放面端面片帮、漏冒特征及其影响因素。基于现场实测统计,分析了42103综放面端面片帮冒顶程度及分布特征,建立了端面冒高与支架端面距及支架阻力之间的回归方程,得出煤岩体冒高、片帮与端面距呈线性正相关,与支架工作阻力为倒幂函数相关性关系,煤岩体冒高与片深呈对数相关关系。在此基础上,模拟优化该综放面端面漏冒防控技术参数,即两柱掩护式支架综放面端面距小于0.75m、支架工作阻力大于12000kN时的端面顶板控制效果好。研究成果为神东矿区类似开采条件以及布尔台矿后续综放工作面的安全高效开采提供参考。In view of the frequent roof fall and rib spalling occurred in the first fully mechanized sublevel caving face named No.42103 in Buertai coal mine of Shendong mining area,field measurement and numerical simulation were employed to study their characteristics and influence factors.Based on the data from field measurement,the degree and the distribution characteristics of roof fall and rib spalling in No.42103 were investigated.Moreover,the linear regression equation concerning the height of roof fall,the support resistance and the tip-to-face distance were established.The results show that there is a linear positive correlation between the height of roof fall and the tip-to-face distance.Moreover,the inverse power correlation is found between the height of roof fall and the support resistance.In addition,the depth of rib spalling and the height of roof fall fit the logarithmic correlation.Further,some technical parameters are optimized using numerical simulation to avoid and control roof fall in fully mechanized sublevel caving face,i.e.,shorter tip-to-face distance (not less than 0.75m)and higher support resistance (more than 12000kN).Under similar mining conditions,this study provides guidance for other mining faces of Buertai coal mine and other coal mines in Shendong mining area.
