摘  要:针对综合开采工艺的系统稳定性问题,提出改变综合开采工艺中各设备服务的水平位置与立面位置、调整相邻水平工艺间的作业量等方法以提高系统接续的稳定性。以拉斗铲倒堆综合开采工艺为例,对现行立面调节方法的适用条件、调节能力等进行了计算,并针对拉斗铲、单斗。卡车提出一种新的平面配合模式,提高了系统整体的效率与稳定性;结合平立面调节方法,提出系统多级动态协调机制,制定了综合调节方法的设计原则。以我国黑岱沟露天矿为例,针对煤厚整体发生变化与局部煤厚波动2种情况,对多级联动调节机制进行了设计与验证。Aiming at the system stability problem of combined mining process system, two methods for improving the stability of system was put forward: changing the facade and planar match mode of combined system and adjusting the work quantity of processes between adjacent levels. Basic features of facade adjusting method such as the applicable condition, adjustment capacity were analyzed based on a case study of combined mining system controlled by dragline stripping system. We put forward a new planar match mode of dragline and shovel-truck which could enhance the efficiency and stability of system. On the basis of the theory of combined mining system facade and planar match, multi-level coordination mechanism of mining parameters were proposed and the comprehensive regulation design method has been established. By taking Heidaigou surface mine as an example, two cases including the overall thickness change and the local coal thickness fluctuation with using the multi-level coordination strategy are designed and the applications are verified.
