摘  要:针对永陇-彬长矿区煤炭高强度开采下白垩系地下水资源保护问题,开展了矿区水资源保护性采煤的水文地质基础研究,论证了矿区实施保水采煤的可行性,提出了保水采煤技术措施,最后探讨了白垩系地下水资源的开发利用方案。研究结果表明:本区对矿井安全开采构成威胁的主要含水层为白垩系洛河-宜君组砂砾岩含水层;综合分析煤系含(隔)水层结构、煤层上覆岩性组合特征和导水裂隙带高度等的基础上,认为本区具备实施保水采煤的地质基础,安定组泥岩是保水采煤的隔水关键层;以此为基础,提出了白垩系地下水保水采煤的有效技术措施,主要包括控制采高、采用分层开采方式及选择合理的工作面推进速度等。Aiming at the problems of protecting the Cretaceous groundwater resources under the intensive coal mining in Yonglong-Binchang mining area,the hydrogeological researches of the protection of water resources in the mining area is carried out and the feasibility of the water-preserved mining in the mining area was demonstrated.The technical measures for water-preserved mining are put forward.Finally,the development and utilization of Cretaceous groundwater resources is discussed.The results show that the main aquifer threatening to the mining safety exploitation in this region is the Cretaceous Luohe-Yijun formation sandstone conglomerate;Based on the comprehensive analyses of the contains (separated)water layer structure in coal series,the characteristics of coal seam overlying rock and the height of water conducting fissure zone,it is considered that the geological foundation in this area is good for water-preserved mining.Mudstone in Anding formation is the water-resisting key strata.On this basis,some effective technical measures for water-preserved mining under Cretaceous groundwater are proposed,which include controlling mining height,using layered mining method and selecting reasonable working face advancing rate.
