摘  要:为了解决煤与瓦斯突出物理模拟试验中型煤相似材料的性质与原煤性质相似性低的问题,以典型突出案例为原型,依据煤与瓦斯突出物理模拟相似准则,研发了一种基本物理力学参数调节方便、性质符合原煤相似要求的型煤相似材料。试验分析了粉煤颗粒级配和胶结剂浓度对型煤物理力学参数的影响规律。试验结果表明:型煤的抗压强度、弹性模量、黏聚力均随胶结剂浓度的增加而增大,且抗压强度可调范围在0.5~2MPa、弹性模量可调范围在55~300MPa、黏聚力可调范围在60~170kPa;颗粒级配对型煤的内摩擦角起主要控制作用;型煤具有和原煤相似的吸附性质;相似材料的重复利用试验证明该相似材料具有良好的重复利用性。最后,通过改变颗粒级配和胶结剂浓度配制出了符合煤与瓦斯突出物理模拟相似准则、与原煤性质相似的试验型煤。In order to solve the problem that the similarity between coal briquette and raw coal samples in outburst model test is too poor to meet the similar criterion requirements.A kind of coal briquette similar material with adjustable basic physical and mechanical parameters is proposed based on typical outburst cases and similar principles of physical simulation coal and gas outburst test.The .tests analyzed the law how the grain size distribution of fine coal and concentration of cementing agent influences the physical and mechanical parameters of coal briquette.The experimental result shows that the compression strength,the elasticity modulus and the cohesive force of coal briquette increase when the concentration of cementing agent increases.The adjustable range of the compression strength is 0.5- 2MPa.The range of elasticity parameters is 55-300MPa and the range of cohesive force is 60-170kPa. The grain size has dominant effects on the internal friction angle of coal briquette and the coal briquette has similar adsorption property comparing to the raw coal.The recycle test of similar materials proved that this similar material can be well re-used.At last,the experimental coal briquette is proposed by changing the grain size and concentration of cementing agent,which accords with the similar criterion of physical simulation of coal and gas outburst with raw coal.
