摘 要:通过自行搭建的管径为200 mm、长度为36 m大型圆管瓦斯爆炸试验系统,在量纲分析基础上开展了附设长径比分别为1.5,2.5和4这3种不同单一空腔条件下瓦斯爆炸传播特性试验研究。结果表明:空腔消减整体火焰锋面能力与长径比呈正相关关系,且同时会增加二次火焰,但二次火焰增加量随长径比增加而逐渐减少,其中长径比为4时火焰锋面衰减因子为0.091且二次火焰消失;峰值超压衰减因子与空腔长径比符合指数函数关系,且存在临界长径比,当长径比大于临界长径比时,空腔对峰值超压具有明显消减作用,其中长径比为4时峰值超压衰减因子为0.696;不同长径比空腔对超压冲量均呈增强作用,只是随长径比增加,超压冲量增强幅度有所减小,根据超压-冲量准则,若单一空腔能将峰值超压降低至临界超压以下,则有抑爆效果,否则对瓦斯爆炸冲击波没有明显消减作用。In order to study the influence of cavity length on shock wave propagation in a gas explosion, the gas explosion experiment system(200 mm in diameter and 36 m in length) of single cavity with different length-diameter ratio, such as 1.5, 2.5 and 4, was developed to conduct a series of experiments based on dimensional analysis. The results show that the ability of cavity reducing flame front is positively associated with the length-diameter ratio. The cavity increases the secondary flame and the increasing effect disappears gradually with increasing the length-diameter ratio. When the length-diameter ratio is 4, the flame front attenuation factor is reduced to 0.091 and the secondary flame disappears. The relation between the peak overpressure attenuation factor and the cavity length-diameter ratio is an exponential function. Moreover, there is a critical length-diameter ratio. When the length-diameter ratio is bigger than the critical ratio, the cavity can obviously reduce the peak overpressure. When the length-diameter ratio is 4, the peak overpressure attenuation factor is 0.696. the Single cavity can enhance the overpressure impulse in any length-diameter ratio, but the enhancing amplitude effect reduces as the length-diameter ratio increasing. According to the overpressure-impulse criterion, if the peak overpressure can be reduced to the critical overpressure, the single cavity has the explosion suppression effect. Otherwise, there are no significant effects on gas explosion shock wave reduction.
