岳阳张氏骨伤流派正骨技术体系及其特点分析

摘　　要：分析了岳阳张氏骨伤流派正骨技术体系及其特点;岳阳张氏骨伤流派正骨技术以"君臣佐使正骨手法"为核心,配合张氏撬拔、手牵足蹬复位法等特色技术,多位一体;在与其他中医骨伤技术特点进行比较的基础上提出张氏正骨技术体系特点;岳阳张氏正骨流派技术体系在继承的基础上进行了创新,既凸显了中医特色,又强调正骨手法的系统性和科学性。This article focuses on Bonestting technique system of Yueyang ZHANG's orthopedic school, which take "Monarch,minister,assistant and guide bonesetting manipulations"as the core,with ZHANG's feature techniques as percutaneous reduction by leverage,holding hand and foot pedal reset method,and so on, and compares with other Chinese orthopedic schools.And based on that the analysis is done about technical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine is put forward on the basis of the ZHANG's bonesetting technique system characteristics.It is believed that Yueyang ZHANG's orthopedic school technology system is inheriting the tradition and developing innovation,highlights the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,and emphasizes the bonesetting manipulations of systematic and scientific.
