摘  要:目的:对临床慢性前列腺炎患者的前列腺液中溶血葡萄球菌的生物膜生成能力进行筛选,并测试临床慢性前列腺炎治疗中常用复方中药体外抗生物膜活性。方法:采用体外半定量结晶紫法检测各种复方中药的抗生物膜活性;采用前列腺上皮细胞RWPE-1模型检测抗细菌附着活性。结果:从前列腺液中收集到的溶血葡萄球菌95%的菌株都能生成生物膜;所筛选的复方中药中,前列通瘀胶囊清除生物膜能力最强;且能有效抑制生物膜生成的溶血葡萄球菌在前列腺上皮细胞的附着作用。结论:生物膜是细菌感染引发慢性前列腺炎症的重要因素之一;前列通瘀胶囊能有效清除溶血葡萄球菌生物膜。Objective:To study the biofilm producing capacity of Staphylococcus haemolyticus from prostatic fluid of chronic prostatitis patients.Meanwhile,the inhibitory effects on bacterial biofilm producing of several traditional Chinese medicine compounds Were tested,which were used for prostatitis treatment in the clinic. Methods:The biofilm inhibitory effects of traditional Chinese medicine compounds were tested by semi-quantitative crystal violet method in vitro.The anti-adherence activity was tested by human prostate epithelial cells RWPE-1model;Results:95%S.haemolyticus we collected could produce biofilm in vitro.Qianlie Tongyu capsule (前列通瘀胶囊)could effectively inhibit S.haemolyticus biofilm producing in vitro and the adherence on the RWPE-1ceils of the biofilm-producing S.haemolyticus.Conclusion:Biofilm is one of the important pathetic factors in the bacterial chronic prostatitis.Inhibition on bacterial biofilm is one of the important anti-bacteria mechanisms of Qianlie Tongyu capsule,which provide experiment basic for the clinic application.
