摘　　要：目的:建立测定蚁肝丸中五味子甲素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Zorbax SB C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:水-乙腈-甲醇(25∶58∶17);流速:1 mL/min;检测波长:240 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:五味子甲素在9.95～59.70μg/mL浓度范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率为98.37%(n=6),RSD%为1.32%。结论:本方法快速、简便,结果准确,重复性好,可用于蚁肝丸的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method for determination of deoxyschizandrin in Yigan Pill.Methods: The high performance liquid chromatography analysis was used to dectect the content of deoxyschizandrin.The chromatography column was a Zorbax SB C18(5μm,250min×4.6mm).The mobile phase was a mixture of water,acetonitrile and methanol (25:58:17);The flow rate was 1.0mLomin^-1at a detection wavelength of 240nm. The temperature was set at 25℃.Results:The assay displayed a good linearity over the concentration range of 9.95-59.70μgomL^-1,r=0.9996.The average recovery was 98.37%and RSD%was 1.32%(n=6).Conclusion:This method is quick,simple,accurate and robust,which can be used for quality control of Yigan Pill.
