脾胃虚类证方药配伍规律的聚类分析

摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘技术,探讨当代名老中医治疗脾胃虚类证的方药配伍规律。方法:以《当代名老中医典型医案集》丛书为资料来源,采用SPSS 21.0中分层聚类法对数据进行频数统计、层次聚类分析,对筛选出的具体病案方药进行分析,探讨脾胃虚类证型的方药配伍规律以及各类证型的用药特点。结果:通过对辨证后的处方进行聚类分析得到脾胃气虚证核心药组3个,脾胃不和证核心药组3个,湿困脾胃证核心药组3个,脾胃阴虚证核心药组4个,脾胃阳虚证核心药组3个。结论:5类证候对应用药皆有补气药,其余为补血、理气、疏肝、消食、养阴使用较多,符合临床实际。Objective:To explore prescription compatibility law of contemporary famous old Chinese medicine treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome,according data mining techniques.Methods:The series in Contemporary Old Chinese Typical Cases Set as the data source,frequency statistics,hierarchical clustering analysis of data by SPSS 21in the hierarchical clustering method,the specific medical piescriptions were selected-for analysis,to explore the characteristics of drug prescriptions of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome type and various syndromes.Results:Through cluster analysis of the prescriptions after syndrome differentiation,we got three core drug groups,spleen and three stomach deficiency syndrome core drug group',wet stomach and three spleen stomach core drug group,four spleen stomach yin deficiency core drug group,and three spleen stomach Yang deficiency core drug group.Conclusion:The analysis found that the five kinds of syndromes are Qi medicine application of drugs and the rest are enriching blood,regulating Qi,soothing liver,eliminating food and nourishing yin.It conforms to clinical practice.
