丹栀通竹方加减治疗中风后抑郁症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹栀通竹方加减对中风后抑郁状态的影响。方法:将94例中风后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组47例,对照组口服百优解及心理干预治疗,治疗组在此基础上予丹栀通竹方加减,均治疗4周为1个疗程,观察两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、抑郁自测评表(SDS)评分、Barthel指数评定并评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为89.3%,对照组为70.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组HAMD评分、SDS评分、Barthel指数均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:丹栀通竹方联合常规疗法及心理干预能显著改善中风后患者抑郁情绪,缓解心理压力,提高患者生活能力。Objective:To explore the effect of Danzhi Tongzhu formula on the depression after stroke.Methods:A total of 94patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, with 47patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given oral administration of Prozac and psy- chological intervention,while patients in the observation group were given Danzhi Tongzhu formula on the basis of the control group.Each group's period of treatment was four weeks.Before and after treatment,the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD),the self-assessment depression scale (SDS)and the Barthel index were applied to evaluate the effect.Results:The total effective rate was 89.3%in treatment .group and 70.3%in control group,and the difference was statistical between the two groups (P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups showed higher HAMD score,the SDS score and the Barthel index than those before treatment (P<0.01).And the treatment group showed higher HAMD score,SDS score and the Barthel index than control group after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion:Danzhi Tongzhu formula with the treatment of necessary routine therapy and psychological intervention can significantly improve depression,relieve psychological stress and improve living ability inpatients with post-stroke depression.
