外敷散对家兔骨折愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:验证外敷散促进骨折愈合的疗效并探讨其治疗机理。方法:选用32只健康新西兰兔,做双侧桡骨中、上1/3约3 mm宽的骨缺损人工骨折模型,随机分为外敷散组和对照组,术后对照组仅用纱布包扎,外敷散组每3 d给予外敷散治疗干预,分别于干预给药后7、14、21和28 d处死实验动物,标本拍摄X线片,进行影像学观察;取病理标本作组织学切片,分析各时期骨组织变化。结果:DR摄片证实外敷散能促进血肿机化,缩短骨痂形成时间;外敷散组Lane-Sandhu X射线评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨组织染色观察表明外敷散能促使新生血管量增多,使纤维结缔组织填充量明显加快,加速新生骨小梁向成熟骨小梁转化。结论:外敷散可缩短骨折愈合时间,促进骨折愈合。[Abatract] Objective: To verify the efficacy of Waifu san in the treatment of fracture healing and to explorethe mechanism of its treatment. Methods: A total of 32 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were preparedfor 3 mm artificial fracture model at middle and upper 1/3 of both radiuses. Then those rabbits were randomlydivided into Waifu san group and Control group. After operation, the Control group was only bandaged withgauze, and the Waifu san was treated with external application of Waifu san, once three days. The animals weresacrificed, 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days after the intervention. The specimens were taken for X-ray observation,and the pathological specimens were taken for histological sections to analyze the changes of bone tissueat different stages. Results: Compared with the control group, the DR film confirmed that Waifu san canquickly promote the organization of hematoma and shorten the formation time of callus. As compared to thecontrol group,Lane-Sandhu X ray score had significantly change (P<0.05); The bone tissue staining showed thatWaifu san can increase the amount of new blood vessels, accelerate the filling of fibrous connective tissue, andaccelerate the transformation of new bone trabecula into mature bone trabecula. Conclusion: It is proved by experimentthat Waifu san can shorten the healing time of fracture and promote the healing of fracture.
