摘  要:目的:建立广西地不容中延胡索乙素、巴马汀和青藤碱含量测定方法。方法:以HypersilODS2柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.5%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长:282 nm,流速:1.0 mL·min-1,柱温:30℃,进样量:10μL。结果:延胡索乙素、巴马汀、青藤碱分别在0.135~1.35 mg·mL-1、0.032,98~0.329,8 mg·mL-1、0.031,24~0.312,4 mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999,9。结论:该方法准确、可靠,可用于广西地不容药材及相关制剂中生物碱类成分的含量测定。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine,palmatine and sinomenine in Diburong (Stephania epigaea Lo).Methods:Using HypersilODS2(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)as ana- lytical column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid with gradient elution.The de- tection wavelength was 282nm,The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1;Column temperature was at 30℃.Results:The linear calibration curve of tetrahydropalmatine,palmatine and sinomenine were obtained in the concentration range of 0.135-1.35mg·mL^-1,0.032,98-0.329,8mg·mL^-1 and 0.031,24-0.312,4 mg·mL^-1(r=0.999,9).Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable.It is appropriate for the quantitative determination of alkaloids in (Stepha- nia epigaea Lo)and it's preparation.
