摘 要:以氯化苄、液体氰化钠、四丁基溴化铵为起始原料,利用微通道反应器合成了苯乙腈,实现了苯乙腈的连续化工艺,解决了目前工业生产中间歇生产路线的操作繁琐、成本高的问题。优化反应条件为:反应温度60℃,停留时间220 s,氰化钠与氯化苄摩尔比1.05:1。最优条件下所得产品纯度为99.1%,制备过程总收率为93.5%。Using benzyl chloride, liquid sodium cyanide and tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as the starting materials,phenylacetonitrile was synthesized in the microchannel reactor to realize the continuous production of phenylacetonitrile, which solved the problems in current industrial production and operation of batch production line, such as complicated operation, high cost and so on. Optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: the reaction temperature 60 °C,the residence time 220 s, the mole ratio of sodium cyanide and benzyl chloride 1.05:1. Under optimal conditions, the product purity was 99.1% and the total yield was 93.5%.
