摘　　要：通过苯胺衍生化法检测硬脂酰氯生产过程中工艺反应液或产品中光气的含量。对硬脂酰氯中光气含量大于10 ppm的样品进行定量限、重复性、线性、回收率的测试,效果良好。结果表明,该方法简单、快速、灵敏,可用于用该产品质量控制。The content of phosgene in the process reaction liquid or product in the production of stearoyl chloride was detected by an aniline derivatization method. The samples with phosgene content of stearyl chloride greater than 10 ppm were tested for analysis of quantitative limit, repeatability, linearity and recovery, and the results were good. The results show that the method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and can be used for quality control of the product.
